I am Based in Oakworth, West Yorkshire and have over 25 years experience of working in the health and fitness industry.

I’m passionate about inspiring and motivating people to make small lifestyle changes which have a long term and hugely positive effect on their daily lives , leaving you feeling strong, energised and ready for anything.

I am a specialist in Pilates and a firm believer in educating the mind and body to function at its best. I want to empower you to be Fit For Life at any age with any body.
