If you have shoulder issues and weight bearing on them, as in a plank, try these 5 Ab exercises exercises. Set your timer for 30 seconds.Try them in an accumulator style.So the first exercise you do for 30 seconds then you get a 30 second rest. Then do the first one again and ass in the second then take a rest. Each time adding in another exercise. Until you are doing all 5 back to back. 1. Bicycle2. Seated twist3. Single alt leg lower4. Crunch and hold for a count of 85.
